Once Judgment is obtained against a Debtor will help you to choose the most appropriate course of action particular to that debtor including the practices of Publication, obtaining Judgment Mortgage, applying for an Instalment Order, and Sherriff’s Order in order to recover the debt.
The new procedures provided for under The Enforcement of Court Orders Act 2009 are now in full effect and we work closely with a professional, competent and cost conscious Summons Service provider to comply with the new statutory requirements.
